If travelling by car take the A75 Gretna turn off from the A74(M) (from the South) or the Lockerbie turn off from the North and head for Newton Stewart, following the scenic A75 bypassing Dumfries. At the Newton Stewart roundabout take the A714 South for 6 miles or so to Wigtown - you will find Glaisnock House in the centre of town on the Main Street. Address is No. 20 South Main Street.
